Are all the products available for delivery to all cities and all countries?

Yes. Some of our Products are available in any cities and countries. But if you could not find any product that you want to deliver to certain city or country, you may contact our Customer Service for further availability information.

Do you do custom arrangements?

Yes we do. Email your picture reference and/or your brief to info@bunga123.co.id with at least one day notice.

How long will the flowers last?

Flowers typically last 3-5 days. To sustain the life of your arrangement, make sure the water and vessel is clean and changed daily. Remove any fading petals, leaves or stems to prevent it from contaminating the water. 

How do I order?

Go to our website, select the product plus all the relevant fields, and add it to cart. At the cart, select your preferred Products, then click “Buy” button to input your delivery details. At delivery detail, choose delivery date & time, special instruction, and click “Choose Payment Method”. At “Payment Method” column, please choose your preferred payment method and click “Pay”. 

Can I add a message card with my order?

Yes, you can enter your message in your cart after adding the product. Please keep your message to 300 characters to fit the card.

How do I know if my order is being processed?

Upon check out and payment is considered as succeed, you will receive an automated email reply and an order number. You also may check your delivery status on your Bunga123's account.

What if my recipient is not available to receive the delivery?

We will call you regarding options for your special circumstance. Should any party (sender or recipient) request for a re-direction to a different address or a re-delivery at another time slot, it will only be scheduled upon payment of a re-direction fee by either party.

Can I collect my order at your store?

Yes. You can collect your flowers at our store from Monday to Friday before 5pm except Public Holidays, and certain dates. These exceptions will be blocked out on the calendar selection after you check out your shopping cart

Can I get a photo of my flowers?

Yes, we will send the picture of your order after it’s delivered.

How will I know if my flowers or gifts have been delivered?

We can provide confirmation of delivery for every gift or flower arrangement that we send. If you have not heard from the recipient on the day of delivery, simply check your status delivery on your Bunga123 account or check spam folder on your email.
